Cancellation Policy
RIE Pune 2026

Registration for RIE Pune 2026 is available exclusively to Entrepreneurs’ Organization (“EO”) Members in good standing and their registered Spouses or Life Partners (“SLPs”). The registration fee entitles the registrant to attend all educational sessions and to receive associated printed materials, participate in all scheduled meals, refreshments and receptions, join all official social activities, and utilize ground transportation between event venues. Air transportation, hotel accommodations, optional ancillary activities (including but not limited to MyEO experiences) and personal incidentals are expressly excluded from the registration fee and shall be arranged and borne at the sole expense of the registrant.

Full payment of the registration fee (plus any applicable taxes) is due at the time of booking, without which a registration cannot be confirmed and no seat shall be reserved. Registrants must maintain active EO membership status through the conclusion of RIE Pune 2026; in the event that membership lapses prior to the commencement of the event, the registrant shall remain subject to the cancellation and refund provisions set forth herein.

Except in the event that EO Pune, at its sole discretion, cancels or postpones RIE Pune 2026 due to governmental directives, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, all registration fees shall be strictly non-refundable. In the singular event of death in the immediate family of a registrant (defined as spouse, partner, parent, sibling or child), EO Pune may, upon receipt of satisfactory documentation, grant a refund at its sole discretion. No refunds shall be issued for registrants who fail to attend the event without prior written approval by EO Pune.

Registrations may be transferred only upon submission of a written transfer request to rie@eopune.org on or before 15th September 2025. Such transfers shall be subject to payment of any difference in ticket price at prevailing rates. A transfer shall not be deemed effective until EO Pune has received and processed all required fees in full. Transfer requests received after 15th September 2025, or via any channel other than the designated email, shall be deemed invalid.

Each registrant is solely responsible for securing all necessary travel arrangements, including but not limited to, visas, immigration clearances and insurance. EO Pune may, upon request, provide letters of invitation or hotel confirmation details to assist with visa applications, but EO Pune shall not sponsor or otherwise liaise with any governmental authority or consulate on behalf of a registrant.

All registrants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss and other unforeseeable events. EO Pune shall not be liable for any fees, penalties or refunds imposed by third-party providers, including airlines, hotels or tour operators, nor for any costs incurred by registrants in connection with such services.

EO Pune reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice; any such amendments will be posted on the RIE Pune 2026 website and shall take immediate effect upon posting. Registrants are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. For further inquiries, please contact rie@eopune.org.

Refunds for international card payments related to registrations or events are often processed back to the original payment method, with specific timelines varying by the organization and payment processor.

Transfer Policy
  1. Transfer Deadline: All transfer requests must be received by EO Pune on or before 15 September 2025. Requests submitted after this date shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
  2. Request Submission: The Original Registrant must submit a written request via email to rie@eopune.org, with the proposed transferee (“New Registrant”) copied in the CC field. The email must also include the Original Registrant’s bank account details (account name, account number, IFSC code and bank branch) to facilitate any refund.
  3. Review & Approval: EO Pune will review each timely request to confirm (a) that the New Registrant is an EO Member or registered Spouse/Life Partner in good standing, and (b) that all other transfer conditions are satisfied. EO Pune will notify the Original Registrant of its decision within five (5) business days of receipt.
  4. New Registration: Upon approval, the New Registrant must complete a fresh registration through the official portal, selecting the prevailing fee slab and following the standard registration and payment procedures in full. The transfer shall not take effect until EO Pune confirms receipt of full payment from the New Registrant.
  5. Deactivation & Notification: Once the New Registrant’s registration and payment are successfully processed, EO Pune will deactivate the Original Registrant’s booking in its system. This action will automatically generate a cancellation notice to the Original Registrant via email and/or WhatsApp.
  6. Refund Processing: Following deactivation, the EO Pune Accounts Team will initiate a refund of the Original Registrant’s payment to the bank account details provided. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of deactivation, subject to any applicable banking or payment-gateway timelines.

Note: Transfer requests submitted by any method other than the designated email address, or after 15 September 2025, will not be processed. For assistance, please contact rie@eopune.org.
