• Exceptions (refund on death in immediate family and medical reasons) require written documentation and are granted at EO Pune’s discretion. We will request for medical certificates for documentation purposes and to ensure due diligence.

We accept only Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards via our PCI-compliant payment gateway. Other card networks (e.g., AMEX, Diners) and alternative payment methods are not supported. All registrants will receive an official invoice for their registration fees by January 2026. Please ensure that your billing details are accurate in your registration profile. If you require any amendments or have not received your invoice by then, contact rie@eopune.org

Strongly recommended. EO Pune’s cancellation policy is strictly enforced—even for illness, travel bans, or quarantine. Travel insurance can protect you against unforeseen events beyond our control.

Apply for your India Visa no later than 30 September 2025. Please make sure you apply for the right category by visiting https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/.. We are happy to provide an invite letter, should you chose to apply for a category that requires one.

Yes—Voucher use is subject to EO Global verification and voucher terms. Each voucher is single-use; if found already redeemed elsewhere, you will be charged the voucher amount.

  Download links (iOS/Android) and login instructions will be emailed pre-event. If you encounter any tech issues (app login, Wi-Fi, on-site kiosks), visit the on-site help desk or flag any volunteer/staff member for assistance.

• Daytime learning sessions: Business casual (e.g., collared shirts, blouses, slacks).
• Evening socials: Themes will be communicated closer to the event date.

No. RIE Pune 2026 will not provide access to session recordings or presentation materials after the event. All content is delivered live and remains the intellectual property of EO Pune and the respective speakers.

All sessions will be conducted in English. No simultaneous interpretation is planned; however, volunteers, if any can assist non-native speakers on a best-effort basis.

MyEO events are member-driven, optional experiences (e.g., cultural tours, wellness sessions, golf outings). Details and sign-ups will be available in the event app. Note: MyEO activities would have separate fees and limited spots—REGISTER EARLY.

Spouses enjoy full access to learning sessions, socials, and ground transfers—just like members. Optional spouse-specific activities (city tours, wellness meet-ups) will be announced; participation is encouraged but not mandatory.

During registration, indicate any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, allergies). Catering will feature labeled options and staff will assist on-site. For accessibility needs (wheelchairs, hearing assistance), email rie@eopune.org in advance so we can make arrangements. On-site support is also available via the info desk.

• Arrive the day before Day 1 to join any pre-event mixers and be ready for the opening morning.
• Depart the day after the final evening’s closing celebration to ensure you don’t miss the gala finale.

• Eligibility: EO Members & their registered SLPs only.
• Payment: Full amount is due at time of booking; membership must be active at event time.
• Transfers: Allowed only with EO Members, up to September 15, 2025 before RIE, subject to fees and full payment.
• Non-attendance: No refunds for no-shows unless EO Pune cancels or postpones.

Yes—every attendee must agree to a Release & Waiver, which:

• Assumes all risks of injury or loss during RIE.
• Waives claims against EO Pune for negligence or accidents.
• Grants EO Pune the right to use any photos or videos of you for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• What we collect: Name, contact details, payment info, dietary preferences, app usage, and any third-party integrations.
• Why: To manage your registration, personalize your experience, process payments/refunds, and send important updates.
• Who sees it: Only essential service providers (payment gateways, shuttles, venues) or as required by law.
• Retention: Data is stored only as long as needed for the event and legal compliance.
• Your rights: You may request correction, deletion, or restriction of your data by emailing rie@eopune.org.
