2026 RIE is open to all EO Members in good standing. Spouses/Life Partners (SLPs) as listed in the EO/Chapter database may attend only as guests of a registered EO Member. No one may register independently without an EO Member sponsor.
Registration opens on 5 July 2025 via our event website. Seats are limited due to capacity and will close as soon as we sell out. Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your seat, you’ll receive a confirmation email upon payment.
We accept only Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards via our PCI-compliant payment gateway. Other card networks (e.g., AMEX, Diners) and alternative payment methods are not supported. If you experience any issues completing your payment, please contact rie@eopune.org within 48 hours for assistance
All registrants will receive an official invoice for their registration fees by January 2026. Please ensure that your billing details are accurate in your registration profile. If you require any amendments or have not received your invoice by then, contact rie@eopune.org
Strongly recommended. EO Pune’s cancellation policy is strictly enforced—even for illness, travel bans, or quarantine. Travel insurance can protect you against unforeseen events beyond our control.
Apply for your India Visa no later than 30 September 2025. Please make sure you apply for the right category by visiting https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/.. We are happy to provide an invite letter, should you chose to apply for a category that requires one.
Yes—Voucher use is subject to EO Global verification and voucher terms. Each voucher is single-use; if found already redeemed elsewhere, you will be charged the voucher amount.

Yes—shuttle services will run between designated conference hotels and event venues (including off-site socials). Shuttle schedules will be shared via Whatsapp. If you miss a shuttle, visit the info desk for assistance or use your own transport.
No. RIE Pune 2026 will not provide access to session recordings or presentation materials after the event. All content is delivered live and remains the intellectual property of EO Pune and the respective speakers.
All sessions will be conducted in English. No simultaneous interpretation is planned; however, volunteers, if any can assist non-native speakers on a best-effort basis.
MyEO events are member-driven, optional experiences (e.g., cultural tours, wellness sessions, golf outings). Details and sign-ups will be available in the event app. Note: MyEO activities would have separate fees and limited spots—REGISTER EARLY.
Spouses enjoy full access to learning sessions, socials, and ground transfers—just like members. Optional spouse-specific activities (city tours, wellness meet-ups) will be announced; participation is encouraged but not mandatory.
During registration, indicate any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, allergies). Catering will feature labeled options and staff will assist on-site.
